We represent persons injured in road traffic accidents and survivors of victims of road traffic accidents in recovering compensation in criminal or administrative proceedings with the person responsible for the accident, in negotiations and civil court proceedings with the insurance company of the damaging vehicle or the Czech Insurance Office if the damaging vehicle did not have valid compulsory motor third liability insurance.

We also represent those responsible for traffic accidents and traffic offenders.

In criminal proceedings we represent perpetrators of criminal offences of bodily injury in road traffic accidents, negligent homicide, driving under the influence of alcohol or other addictive substances, public endangerment in traffic, insurance fraud /fake traffic accidents/.

We represent the perpetrators of traffic administrative offences in administrative proceedings.

We provide representation to persons suffering from occupational injuries and occupational diseases in negotiations and, where appropriate, in litigation with the employer and its insurance company.

We focus primarily on road traffic accidents, where we represent victims and survivors of victims of road traffic accidents, for whom we assert and recover claims for compensation for personal injury and property damage. We represent victims in criminal proceedings against the person responsible for the accident. We specialize in disputes with insurance companies of the persons responsible for the accident, or the Czech Insurance Office in situations where the person responsible for the accident does not have compulsory motor third party liability insurance for the vehicle.

We represent persons responsible for road traffic accidents, offenders of criminal offences of bodily injury in transport, driving under the influence of alcohol or other addictive substances, public endangerment or failure to provide first aid. We represent persons accused of faking accidents in criminal proceedings. We represent perpetrators of administrative offences in administrative proceedings. If you have received a fine, you are facing the revocation of your driving license, you have lost all your points in the point system, or the person responsible for the accident denies fault for the accident, we will gladly accept your legal representation.

We are experts in occupational injuries and diseases. We take care of communication between the employer and the employee and, if necessary, the employer's insurance company. We can help you secure appropriate compensation.

We deal with the issue of termination of employment, including actions for invalid termination of employment by notice or immediate termination of employment.

We will prepare or review employment contracts and represent you in employment disputes.

We will explain what falls under the scope of “false self-employment” (unlawful concealment of a de facto employment relationship by another contract) and how you can cooperate with another business person in accordance with Czech law.
