Price list

We always agree on the prices of our legal services in advance. We set our fees by a percentage of the amounts recovered, by an hourly rate or rate per act, or even a flat monthly fee for regular clients.

For victims of road traffic accidents, occupational injuries and occupational diseases

We set our remuneration as a percentage of the recovered amount in the range of 10% - 30% depending on the number of victims represented and the complexity of the case. We charge higher fee percentages especially in cases of foreign traffic accidents. You therefore do not pay anything in advance, the consultation is free of charge. Only after the amount of compensation has been credited to the account, will we deduct our percentage fee.

For the persons accused of traffic administrative offences, traffic accidents and criminal offences

We represent the accused persons at a rate per act depending on the complexity of the specific case, ranging from CZK 2,500 to CZK 3,000 + VAT. This is a rate per act and not an hourly rate, i.e. a rate more advantageous for the client. Individual acts of the legal service include, but are not limited to, (i) taking up the case, (ii) consultation, (iii) drafting a written submission and (iv) representation at the hearing.

One-off consultations in the office

Consultations in the office are charged at CZK 2,500 – CZK 3,000 + VAT. We consider a one-off consultation to be a meeting within one hour.

Flat fee

You can also arrange with us a monthly flat fee, which will be more advantageous for you if more hours of legal services per month is needed.
Do not hesitate to contact us and make an appointment, we look forward to seeing you.
Legal services are provided on a fee basis, and the lawyer is entitled to request a reasonable advance payment from the client. The amount of the fee is governed by the contract (agreement) with the client and, depending on the specific circumstances, is usually agreed either as an hourly fee (i.e. determined by the number of hours or other units of time required to provide the service) or as a total fee for a specific comprehensive service. If the lawyer's fee is not determined by contract, it is governed by the applicable provisions of Decree of the Ministry of Justice No. 177/1996 Sb. of the Lawyer's Tariff, as amended. In addition to the fee, the lawyer shall be entitled to reimbursement of the expenses and compensation for time lost. The amounts charged shall be increased by value added tax.
According to Act No. 634/1992 Sb., on Consumer Protection, as amended, the consumer has the right to an out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute arising from a contract for the provision of legal services. The authorised body for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes between lawyers and consumers arising from contracts for the provision of legal services is the Czech Bar Association; its website is www.cak.cz.
