Compensation for survivors
Compensation for survivors
Survivors of deceased or seriously injured victims of road traffic accidents and occupational injuries are entitled to financial compensation for their mental distress from the compulsory motor third party liability insurance of the vehicle pertaining to the person responsible for the road traffic accident or from the compulsory insurance of the employer. We will help children, parents, spouses, and persons close to the injured parties.

A few words about us

We have been providing legal services to individuals and legal entities independently since 2012. We specialise particularly in the recovery of damages. We represent injured persons and survivors of victims of road traffic accidents (compensation for personal injury, vehicle damage), defend the guilty parties in criminal and administrative offence proceedings, represent persons injured by occupational injury and occupational diseases. We have attended several hundred court hearings, mainly in the field of civil law, family law and criminal law, and countless administrative proceedings as legal representatives of road traffic offenders. We provide legal services to local self-government units (cities and municipalities) in their independent and delegated competences.
